Elite Programs

 

Coach Aldo's performance programs for the Elite Athlete are designed to provide peak physical stimulus that pushes the absolute limitations of elite athletic performance.  Due to the customized and maximal intensity nature, recovery and regeneration methods are implemented.  Coach's programs place the highest emphasis on applied and measurable performance, secondarily fine-tuning movement. Timelines to reach goals and exceed expectations are accelerated due to the elite competive schedules and real-time demands.

Collegiate
 
Coach Aldo's experience as an All Pro lineman for Texas A&M has given him the knowledge and experience necessary to tailor an individual program to address the areas you and Coach Aldo identify as needing improvement.

 

Our Collegiate programs vary in length and center around:

  • Upper Body Strength

  • Lower Body Strength

  • Linear Speed (Forward & Backward)

  • Lateral Speed (Agility, Footwork)

  • Vertical Jump

  • Injury Prevention

Combine Training

 

One of the most high profile endearors an athelete can make is preperation for Combin/Pro Day.  This is a day where all eyes are on you as an athlete and a tenth of a second or a couple of inches can immensly impact your success.

 

Our Combine/Pro Day programs vary in length and center around:

  • Spring work and Acceleration work

  • Linear Development and Vertical Power

  • Movement efficiency and Direction Change work

  • Upper and Lower body strength

  • Aerobic Development

Sports Specific

 

Coach Aldo works with football players, baseball players, gymnasts, wrestlers, boxers, and many more, taking a 4 point approach to Sport Specific training.

 

  1. Injury Prevention - Injuries are one of the main causes of decreased peek performance.

  2. Physical Skill Improvement - Speed, Strength, Agility, Aerobic and Anaerobic endurance and explosive power are needed for all sports.

  3. Technical and Tactical Application - Blending physical skills with sport specific skills and applying them to your sport.

  4. Mental Preparation & Training - This is KEY to enhancing an athletes performance.
